My bodywork approach is unique, integrating Swedish with a touch of therapeutic work. We can customize your session to meet your needs using various specialty techniques.
Experience the luxury of the Birchwood Bodywork experience! The opening session will clear the everyday stresses and settle you into your spa experience. I start your massage with a foot soak and scrub or paraffin dip for hands and feet to begin your unwinding of tension.
Craniosacral Therapy
Is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
Hot Stone Therapy
Long relaxing strokes with heated stones to melt away your stress to rejuvenate your body.

Focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. Prenatal massage helps enhance the functioning of muscles, improves circulation, relieves mental and physical fatigue.
Sports Massage
Combines Swedish with some therapeutic work to address areas of tension to increase performance and range of motion while competing in a sport.

Cancellation and Payment Policy
Scheduling Policy:
To obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling as far as possible to ensure availability. Online booking is available for your convenience at www.birchwoodbodywork.com. To book your appointment, a pre-payment on a credit card will be required to finalize your massage session.
Cancellation Policy:
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, we often cannot fill that appointment time. We require a credit card to be on file as part of our cancellation policy.
Payment Policy:
All pre-payments are charged to your card on file 12-24 hours before your appointment. Pre-payments are only for the cost of your massage session.
No show or canceling under 24 hours Policy:
You will forfeit your session pre-payment when canceling under 24 hours or no-showing (after 15 minutes from your appointment). Change of appointment with short notice disrupts Birchwood's scheduling and means our other clients miss the chance to receive the needed services.
